Position

•      Regional Sales Manager

 

Salary               

•      80K-90K Compensation

•      1.5%-4.0% Commission Based on Sales 

•      Eligible to be paid an annual bonus for sales of machines or lines developed, negotiated and concluded to new customers, up to four per year, totaling $2,500 per new customer order (up to $10,000 per year)

Our client is an international leading company whose core business is the engineering and the production of complete high technology secondary packaging systems for major multinational groups both in the food and non-food markets.  Our client is looking to hire a Midwest Regional Sales Manager as well as a Southeast Regional Sales Manager.  

 

Job Description

•       Strategically map out potential clients by geography 

•       Source and develop new customer relationships, manage existing customer base and develop long-term partnerships with key accounts 

•       Consultatively sell complex packaging systems (Secondary Packaging / Cartoning and Case Packing / Robotics) 

•       Review, revise and negotiate contracts 

•       Perform other duties as assigned 

•       Travel up to 50% required 

 

Job Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

•      MUST HAVE 2 YEARS OF COMPLETE END OF LINE PACKAGING SYSTEMS/SECONDARY PACKAGING EXPERIENCE

•      Self-starter with demonstrated strong work ethic and strong customer service orientation  

•      Strong observational skills, allowing to foresee customer opportunities

•      Strong organizational, planning, problem solving skills and attention to detail

•      Exceptional MS Office experience required (Excel / Word / PowerPoint)

•      Salesforce experience preferred
