Job Description

Medical Device Sales Representative 

Our client is a growing privately held medical device company which is experiencing huge growth. They are seeking a proven outside Sales Representative to sell into Doctors offices, Surgery Centers and Hospitals in the Orthopedic and Pain markets.  Sales Representatives should be driven, goal oriented and understand how to penetrate into multiple levels of healthcare organizations. Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Prospect and schedule sales presentations with physicians, directors, department heads and C-Level Executives within healthcare organizations.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, prospecting and networking
  • Run in person sales presentations
  • Utilize consultative sales strategies to drive new business and gain market share
  • Attend sales training, meetings, conferences and trade shows
  • Meet or exceed monthly and/or quarterly quotas
  • Develop, maintain and grow relationships
  • Manage territory effectively

Compensation: $55-$60k Base Salary (Depending on Experience) + Aggressive Uncapped Commission Structure + Full Healthcare Benefits  + Car/Cell Package + Expense Account 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ Years Outside Business to Business sales experience or experience as a medical professional who can penetrate territory
  • Medical Device or Medical Supply sales experience
  • Goal Driven, Motivated, Organized Hunters wanted
  • Dynamic personality
